Statement Studio is a Mac application that converts and organizes bank and card statement files (PDF and CSV) that you provide, entirely on your device. It extracts transactions, lets you edit and categorize them, keeps a local history, and exports them to CSV and Excel.
Statement Studio is a converter and organizer, not an advisor. It presents your own data reorganized - detected transactions, categories you control, and sums you request. It does not provide financial, tax, investment, accounting, or legal advice, does not make recommendations, and does not forecast. Any decision you make about your money is yours. For advice, consult a qualified professional.
Statement Studio recovers transactions from the files you give it using automated parsing. Automated extraction can make mistakes, especially on unusual layouts. You are responsible for reviewing the results before relying on or exporting them. Statement Studio provides a reconciliation check (opening balance plus detected transactions versus the printed closing balance) to help you catch parse errors, but it is your responsibility to verify accuracy. The software is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Statement Studio does not connect to any bank and does not upload your files. Everything is processed and stored on your Mac. You own your data and can delete it at any time. See the Privacy Policy for details.
The free core is free to use. Optional packs are one-time purchases sold through Apple's App Store and governed additionally by Apple's terms. Purchases are non-consumable and can be restored on your devices. There are no subscriptions.
Use Statement Studio only with files you are authorized to process. Do not use it to violate the rights of others or any applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Statement Studio, including any reliance on extracted data.
