Please read these terms before using SwingReel ("the app"). By using the app you agree to them.
SwingReel is licensed, not sold, to you for personal use on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. One-time in-app purchases unlock additional features permanently for your account; they are not subscriptions.
SwingReel is a measurement and observation tool. Its skeleton overlay, drawings, and any current or future measurements (angles, tempo, paths, counts, charts, and the like) are neutral visualizations of what appears in your video. Charted scores are user-entered observation records, not official officiating decisions. They are provided for your own observation only.
SwingReel does not provide coaching, athletic-training, medical, physical-therapy, diagnostic, or injury-prevention advice, and makes no guarantee of accuracy. Automated pose and trajectory detection can be wrong, especially with difficult camera angles, lighting, clothing, occlusion, motion, or low frame rates. Batch exports, contact sheets, GIFs, and progress reels reproduce those automated observations and may therefore contain the same errors or omissions. Always use your own judgment. Do not rely on SwingReel for any decision affecting health or safety. Consult a qualified coach or medical professional as appropriate.
Drills, board animations, and practice plans are authored by the user. SwingReel does not prescribe training, certify an activity, or assess whether an activity is appropriate or safe. You are responsible for suitable supervision, equipment, conditions, participant consent, and professional guidance, especially when a minor is involved.
You are solely responsible for the video clips you import and for having any rights and consents required to record, store, and analyze them - including footage of other people and of minors. SwingReel stores your content only on your device and does not upload, share, or transmit it.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. bee2.io does not warrant that the app will be error-free or that any analysis will be accurate or fit for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, bee2.io will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the app.
One-time purchases are processed by Apple. You can restore previous purchases at any time from the in-app store. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Available packs may include a free interactive sample using synthetic, temporary data. A sample is not a purchase or permanent entitlement. Sample action budgets, temporary data deletion, and watermarked sample exports are disclosed in the app. The Everything sample is a combined tour of the seven specialist samples and retains every constituent limit. Purchasing a pack unlocks its complete workflow for your own local library.
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
