These terms apply to ReelDiary, published by bee2.io LLC ("we" or "us").
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ReelDiary on Apple-branded devices you own or control, subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Apple's standard End User License Agreement.
ReelDiary and its optional feature packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. This release offers seven specialist non-consumables and the Everything non-consumable. Apple controls purchase availability, family sharing where applicable, refunds, and restoration for the purchasing Apple ID.
The free core remains usable without a specialist purchase. Interactive samples use synthetic temporary data, have stated action/output limits, and are not a license to export or retain their synthetic corpus beyond the sample workflow.
The entries, ratings, reviews, notes, quotes, progress, lists, translations, and collection records you create are yours. They are stored locally. You are responsible for keeping backups; ReelDiary provides JSON and other local output formats for that purpose.
When recording quotations, images, titles, or other material, you are responsible for having the right to store and use that content. Source locations and reminder copy are organizational aids and do not establish copyright permission.
ReelDiary is not a media player or streaming service. The bundled catalog is a curated convenience and may be incomplete or inaccurate; manual entry remains available.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReelDiary is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free output, catalog completeness, translation accuracy, barcode accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, bee2.io LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of records. Because the vault is local, maintaining exported backups is the user's responsibility.
We may update these terms for future versions. Material changes will be noted in the app's release documentation.
