These terms govern your use of NoteAlchemy ("the app"), published by bee2.io LLC ("we", "us"). By using the app you agree to them.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use NoteAlchemy on Macs you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the App Store's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), which applies in addition to these terms.
The free core is free forever. Specialist packs and Everything are one-time, non-consumable purchases - not subscriptions. Once bought, a pack is yours to use on your Macs, and can be restored via "Restore Purchases". Prices are shown in the app at the time of purchase. Interactive samples are temporary, feature-limited demonstrations and do not grant ownership or lasting access.
You own everything you create in NoteAlchemy. Because the app is fully on-device, your content stays on your Mac and we never access it. You are responsible for backing up your data; deleting the app deletes its data.
NoteAlchemy is an organizer, not an advisor, and not a surveillance tool. You are responsible for using it lawfully. Recording other people may be regulated where you live - know your local recording laws and get consent when required. Do not use NoteAlchemy to record people covertly or unlawfully. NoteAlchemy captures microphone or system audio only after your explicit action and does not join calls or record other people's calls on their behalf.
NoteAlchemy helps you organize and summarize your own material. It does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and its on-device summaries may be imperfect. Do not rely on it as a source of professional advice.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. On-device AI features depend on your Mac's hardware and operating system and may vary in availability and quality.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms; the current version ships with the app and is dated above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
