By choosing Agree and Continue or using Lumina Loops, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app. We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app on devices you own or control, subject to applicable app-store terms.
Lumina Loops is a relaxation and personalization tool. Visual output and animation performance vary by device, operating-system version, display size, battery state, accessibility settings, and system wallpaper behavior. The app is not designed for safety-critical, medical, accessibility-assistance, or professional-certification use.
Android permits compatible apps to offer a live WallpaperService. You remain in control and must confirm wallpaper selection in the Android system interface. iOS does not allow Lumina Loops to set wallpaper directly. On supported Apple devices and software versions, the app saves a paired Live Photo that you may choose through Apple's wallpaper interface. Apple or Google may change or limit platform behavior.
Animated light and repeating patterns may affect people with photosensitive conditions. Use Reduce motion or Saver mode, stop using the app if you feel discomfort, and choose a static image when appropriate.
Lumina Loops shows no ads on any platform unless advertising has been enabled in that build with production ad identifiers. Where it is enabled, then after either 10 launches or 30 to 50 genuine module changes, the free tier may show a reserved horizontal banner. Full-screen ads are restricted to natural module transitions and require another 30 to 50 module changes between displays, plus time and session caps. Ads must never be treated as app instructions or endorsements. Advertisements, advertisers, linked sites, offers, and products are controlled by third parties, not bee2.io LLC. Your interactions with them are at your own risk and subject to their terms and privacy practices.
Lumina Loops offers optional one-time, non-consumable purchases with no subscription: All Access; Luminous Palette Collection; Geometry & Motion Studio; HD Export & Archive; and, on Android where ads can appear, Remove Ads. A focused bundle unlocks only its advertised capabilities. All Access unlocks every listed premium capability and, wherever ads are shown, removes both banner and full-screen formats; Remove Ads removes those ads without unlocking focused creative capabilities and is offered only where ads can appear. Apple or Google processes transactions and controls refunds, family-sharing eligibility, taxes, regional pricing, and store availability. Use Restore All Purchases with the same store account when needed.
You may keep and share artwork generated by the app for personal or commercial creative use. You are responsible for how you use exported files and must not use the app unlawfully, misrepresent authorship or rights, or infringe another person's rights. Ad content is not part of your generated artwork and may not be copied or republished through the app.
App data is stored locally. You are responsible for backups and preserving exported artwork. Deleting app data or uninstalling can erase recipes and favorites. We cannot recover content that was never sent to us. Google advertising and app-store services process their own data under their terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided as-is and as-available, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, ad availability, or compatibility with every device.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, bee2.io LLC and its personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, goodwill, or device use arising from the app, advertisements, third-party links, or services. Total cumulative liability for claims relating to the app will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the app in the prior 12 months or US $10. Some jurisdictions do not permit every limitation, so applicable non-waivable rights remain.
We may update the app or these Terms. Material updates will identify a new effective date and may require renewed consent. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
