The short version

Lumina Loops is local-first. It has no account, developer-operated content server, or analytics SDK. Your recipes, favorites, settings, consent record, artwork, and local purchase-unlock record stay inside the app sandbox on your device. bee2.io LLC does not receive, sell, rent, or profile that creative content.

Advertising is limited and platform-scoped. On iPhone and iPad, the free tier may be supported by Google AdMob. A build that has not been enabled with production ad identifiers initializes no ad SDK and requests no ad. On Android, the free tier may be supported by Google AdMob, but only in a build where advertising has been enabled with production ad identifiers; where it has not been enabled, the app makes no ad request at all. The Privacy and legal section of Settings states which case applies to the build you are running, and it reports that the app shows no ads whenever advertising is not enabled.

Where Android advertising is enabled, no ad is eligible before either 10 completed app launches or a deterministic threshold between 30 and 50 genuine module changes. A horizontal banner may then appear in a reserved area. A full-screen ad may appear only at a natural module transition, never at launch, during consent, during a purchase, or over a critical action; another full-screen ad requires 30 to 50 additional module changes and is also subject to time and session caps. Where ads can appear, Lumina Loops All Access and the dedicated Remove Ads purchase remove both formats permanently, and focused feature bundles do not remove ads.

Creative data and device capabilities

Recipes, favorites, settings, preview rendering, Android wallpaper rendering, and iOS image generation are processed locally. Ad requests do not include your recipe, artwork, favorite names, wallpaper selection, or exported files.

On Android, Lumina Loops provides a system WallpaperService. Android binds to that service only after you choose the wallpaper. The service reads the selected recipe from app-private preferences and draws on-device. It does not capture the screen, read other apps, or transmit wallpaper content.

On iPhone and iPad, Lumina Loops can create a still image or paired Live Photo on-device. Photo Library Add permission is requested only when you explicitly save one. The app does not read your photo library. Apple controls whether a saved Live Photo can be selected as wallpaper and does not permit this app to set iPhone wallpaper directly.

Advertising and Google Mobile Ads

This section applies only where Android advertising is enabled. In that case the free tier uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google's User Messaging Platform, and Google and participating ad partners may automatically collect or share information needed to deliver, limit, secure, and measure ads. Where advertising is not enabled, and on every iPhone and iPad build, the app does not initialize the SDK, requests no ad, and none of the collection described in this section takes place. Depending on platform, region, consent, and Google configuration, categories may include IP address, product or ad interactions, diagnostic information, device and account identifiers such as Android advertising ID or app-set ID, app/device/operating-system information, and approximate location inferred from IP. Advertising traffic is encrypted in transit. Google, not bee2.io LLC, operates the ad network and controls its retention and downstream processing.

On iPhone and iPad, where advertising is enabled, ads are shown subject to your App Tracking Transparency choice. Personalized ads and use of the IDFA require your permission under App Tracking Transparency; if you decline or are not asked, ads are non-personalized. Declining does not limit any app feature. On Android, where advertising is enabled and in regulated regions, Google's consent flow determines eligible personalized, non-personalized, or limited ads. Even limited ads require network delivery and may use IP address for transmission, security, and fraud prevention.

Where required on Android, Google UMP presents consent choices before any ad request. You may reopen Google's privacy choices from the app when that option is required and available, adjust ad-personalization or advertising-identifier controls in device or Google settings, or purchase All Access or Remove Ads to remove all in-app ad requests. Google explains its practices at https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads.

Purchases and internet

Lumina Loops offers optional one-time, non-consumable in-app purchases: All Access; Luminous Palette Collection; Geometry & Motion Studio; HD Export & Archive; and, on Android where ads can appear, Remove Ads. Apple or Google processes each purchase, and we do not receive your payment-card details. Each focused bundle unlocks only the capabilities advertised in its store description. All Access includes every listed capability, and removes ads wherever ads are shown. The standard internet permission is used for store purchase and restore flows, and for eligible Android free-tier advertising where advertising is enabled. Core creation, favorites, rendering, wallpaper, standard output, and all bounded samples remain usable offline when ads are unavailable or removed.

Data retention and deletion

Local app data remains until you delete it in Settings, clear app data through the operating system, or uninstall. Delete all local data removes recipes, favorites, preferences, consent state, and ad cadence counters. Your local purchase-unlock record is deliberately preserved by that in-app deletion so paid capabilities keep working offline; clearing app data through the operating system or uninstalling removes it as well, and genuine store purchases can always be restored from the same store account. This local deletion cannot erase data independently processed by Google; use Google's and your device's privacy controls for that data.

Children

Lumina Loops is a general-audience creative utility and is not directed to children under 13 or the applicable minimum age. Where advertising is enabled on Android, ad requests are configured as not child-directed and with a general-audience content ceiling. We do not knowingly collect children's creative content. A parent or guardian with a concern may contact [email protected].

Regional privacy choices

For app-created local content, bee2.io LLC normally holds no remote copy to access, correct, port, or erase. Where Android advertising is enabled, advertising providers may process identifiers and app/ad activity as described above, and depending on applicable law personalized advertising may constitute targeted advertising or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising. In that case you may decline or withdraw relevant consent, limit or delete the advertising identifier in device settings, use Google's privacy controls, or remove ads with All Access or Remove Ads. We do not sell personal information for money and do not discriminate for exercising a privacy right.

Security and international processing

Local content is protected by operating-system sandboxing and device security. Advertising and store traffic is handled by third parties over their secure connections and may be processed in countries other than yours under their policies and transfer safeguards. No network service is risk-free.

Changes and contact

Material changes will update the effective date and consent version and may require renewed consent. Contact [email protected] with privacy questions or applicable rights requests.
