By using RepQuill for macOS ("the app") you agree to these terms. If you obtained the app through the Mac App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; where it conflicts with these terms for App Store users, Apple's terms govern the license.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple-branded devices you own or control, per the App Store terms. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the app except as allowed by law.
RepQuill is a fitness logging and organization tool. It records values you enter, including training, cardio, food, measurement, recovery, and meet-plan records, and computes neutral arithmetic summaries and estimates such as estimated one-rep-max, training volume, and meal totals, clearly labeled where appropriate.
RepQuill does not provide medical, health, training, nutrition, or professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and makes no injury, safety, or health claims. It does not tell you what, how much, or how to train or eat; score your health or recovery; judge exercise form; or select meet attempts. Estimated values are approximations and may not reflect your actual capacity. Consult a qualified professional before beginning or changing any exercise program. Strength training carries inherent risk; you are solely responsible for how you train and for your own safety.
You own the data you enter. The app stores it locally on your Mac and provides export so you can keep your own copies. You are responsible for backing up your data (for example, by exporting it); we cannot recover data from your device.
In-app purchases are one-time, non-consumable unlocks processed by Apple. Prices are shown before purchase. Purchases are subject to Apple's refund and billing policies. The Everything product unlocks the seven specialist packs represented in the app at purchase time.
Interactive samples use synthetic data in temporary storage. They impose visible data, action, and export limits; sample documents are watermarked. A sample is a demonstration and does not create rights to the full pack.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms; the updated version ships with the app and the effective date above is revised. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
