Effective date: 2026-07-23 Applies to: RepQuill for macOS (io.bee2.repquill), published by bee2.io LLC.
RepQuill collects nothing. It has no server, account, third-party advertising, telemetry, analytics SDK, or network entitlement. Your records stay on your Mac unless you explicitly export a file.
Depending on the features you use, RepQuill may store workout sessions and sets, exercises, routines, programs, bodyweight, cardio plans/imports, reviewed voice-set proposals, neutral movement measurements, food/meal records, owner-entered macro references, body measurements, copied photos, recovery check-ins, day plans, meet-attempt sheets, export presets, and local export receipts. These live in the app's sandboxed container, primarily in SQLite.
A small bounded local diagnostics log stores non-identifying event names and counters, such as launch or catalog-seed events. It does not record exercise names, notes, weights, meals, photos, transcripts, or other personal content.
Rep Capture Studio can use the camera, microphone, and Apple's on-device Speech and Vision frameworks only after you explicitly start the relevant action. A voice proposal must be reviewed before it is saved. Audio and video frames are not retained. Interactive samples disable live sensors and use synthetic input, so they do not request those permissions.
When you attach a Nutrition/Recomp photo, RepQuill copies it into app-owned storage; it never moves, modifies, or overwrites the original. When you choose a GPX, TCX, CSV, JSON, or other supported file, RepQuill reads only that selected file for the requested local workflow. Review-first imports are not committed until you approve them. Samples do not open external photos or import files.
You choose full-release export destinations with the system save panel. Writes are atomic and use a numeric suffix rather than overwriting an existing file. Sample exports are watermarked, scope-limited, stored only in a temporary sample container, and deleted with that container.
One-time pack purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Apple handles billing. RepQuill receives only a verified local entitlement and stores no card or payment details.
RepQuill provides in-app deletion/reset controls. You are responsible for any copies you export and for backing up local data; bee2.io cannot recover records from your device.
RepQuill is a general-audience fitness logger and is not directed at children. It collects no personal information from anyone.
If this policy changes, the updated version ships with the app and the effective date is revised.
