Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using RecurTally, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

Informational and Tracking Service

RecurTally is a personal organizational tool intended to assist users in tracking recurring expenses and free trial cancellation deadlines. RecurTally does not cancel subscriptions on your behalf, initiate merchant refunds, or interface directly with third-party billing providers. You remain solely responsible for timely cancellation of any unwanted trials or services with your respective merchants.

Purchases and Licensing

• Free Core Tier: RecurTally allows you to track active subscriptions, monitor upcoming renewal deadlines, view monthly burn rates, and receive standard renewal alerts.
• Full Unlock (Non-Consumable): A single, optional one-time in-app purchase provides unlimited subscription records, custom multi-stage notification schedules, contract document storage, and spreadsheet exports.
• Lifetime License: The Full Unlock is a permanent purchase without recurring fees.

Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

RecurTally is provided "AS IS". bee2.io LLC does not warrant that notifications will be received without delay or failure, as background alert delivery depends on device operating system settings, battery optimization, and user notification permissions. In no event shall bee2.io LLC be liable for charges or fees incurred by third-party merchants or subscription services.
