LedgerCraft is designed to be private by construction. The short version: your data stays on your Mac, we collect nothing, and there is no network connection.
Nothing. LedgerCraft has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no telemetry and no crash reporting that leaves your device. We do not see, receive or store any of your data.
Everything you create - your business profile, clients, catalog, estimates, invoices, payments and settings - is stored in a local SQLite database inside the app's sandbox container on your Mac (under Application Support). It never leaves the device.
LedgerCraft makes no network connections for its features. The free core is fully offline. The Mac App Store submission does not request the network entitlement. Purchases and restores, if you ever buy an optional pack in a future version, are handled by Apple's StoreKit; Apple's own privacy policy governs that transaction, and LedgerCraft still receives no personal data.
When you export a PDF, CSV, JSON or backup, or import a backup or logo, you choose the location through the standard macOS save/open panel. LedgerCraft only reads or writes the specific files you select. Imported files are copied into the app's sandbox; your original files are never modified. Exports are written atomically and never overwrite an existing file (a numbered suffix is added on a name collision).
You can delete everything from Settings, "Delete all data". This permanently removes every client, document and payment from your Mac. Uninstalling the app also removes its sandbox container.
LedgerCraft is a general-purpose business tool and is not directed at children.

This Mac app contains no advertising of any kind: no ad SDK, no banner or full-window promotional message, no interstitial, no cross-app identifier, no tracking, no targeting, and no personal profile. Optional one-time packs are presented only in the app's own Packs section, which you open yourself, and on a locked workspace you have chosen to visit.
